The first part of the project involved investigating into the mini brief of macro trends. for me this was about getting out there and see where i could start to source some inspiration from my trends. I started by simply looking around the environment i lived in and sourcing inspiration from architecture, light and colours. I then traveled to looked where i visited gallery such as the ‘TATE’ and ‘SARCHE’ it was at these shows i was able to stat looking at colours pallets, tones and textures that i could draw into my macro trends.

The images above show the trend boards i created from my research at gallery within London.

One of the other sources of inspiration i really started to focus on within relation to my macro trends was Architecture. i looked at lines, angels, lighting and shades these buildings can create and the dramatic but yet delicate feel you get around them.
