My overall views and thought for the Anna Piaggi production A

t my first glance of the image of Anna Piaggi taken by Alfa Castaldi in 1988,I overall thought that the image seemed very intriguing and unique, the image seemed very ahead of its time. The thing that i was most intrigued by was the placement of each item and model in the image. The space in the image is used with creativity to create such a surreal and dream like experience. I also love the tone of the image. The contrast between black and white is so interesting to me.

In this project based on this image of Anna Piaggi, i really hope to get a clear understanding of how an image can influence art work, as well as the meaning within this image. i hope to create many pieces reflecting on the work of Alfa Castoldi’s image of Anna.
