The University of Brighton has signed up to the Prosper programme, which is a new approach to career development, particularly tailored for postdocs (fixed-term, research-only members of staff) but relevant to all early career researchers.

The Prosper Portal is a free-to-use online hub packed with insights and tools for developing yourself and your career – regardless of disciplinary area. On the Portal, you can:
