Synergy Sundays – Opportunity to promote your organisation

synergy centre

Opportunity to promote your organisation and its work for free at the Synergy Sundays indoor festivals.

I’m writing to invite you to promote your organisation to a wider audience by taking part in Synergy Sundays, a new community event to be held every Sunday from 2pm-midnight at The Synergy Centre, Brighton. Synergy Sundays is a weekly indoor festival of culture and arts that combines music and spoken word performances with art displays, a craft market and public discussion on topics relevant to the local community. The event brings together Brighton and Hove’s young artists with socially and culturally sensitive individuals to promote community development and activate meaningful social change.

The first Synergy Sunday is on the 17th July – you can find out more at

http://www.thesynergycentre.org/uncategorized/synergy-sundays/

Ways your organisation can get involved include:

  • · sending volunteers to host a stall and present your activities to Synergy Sundays’ audience.
  • · contributing to a debate or discussion on a topical social issue.
  • · leading or facilitating a debate or discussion on an issue of central importance to your work.
  •  contributing your promotional materials, including flyers, posters, pamphlets and promotional videos for inclusion on our Synergy info stall, on the walls around the venue or on the many screens onto which our in-house VJs will be projecting
  • · liaising with other NGOs and local community organisations to develop stronger networks, partnerships and collaborations

This is a great opportunity for you to gain exposure and communicate to a new audience of young, like-minded and pro-active local community members. You’ll also be giving your volunteers a fun and rewarding day out.

We’re offering this to you free of charge, as we feel your presence at Synergy Sundays will benefit us by enhancing the profile of the event and attracting your existing audience to enjoy the entertainment we have on offer – so this is a win-win scenario for all. All we ask in return is that you help us by promoting the events to your networks.

You’re equally welcome to come along for a one-off Sunday, or establish a regular presence – whatever suits you best.

If this is of interest to you, please email me at sam.down@thesynergycentre.org or call 07709044810.

Many thanks for taking the time to read this message, and I look forward to discussing this opportunity with you further!

Yours faithfully,

Sam Down
