Each year, Creative Futures explores collaborative and creative research practices through an exhibition of work. These events allow us to showcase significant and diverse work, as well as disseminate our research findings to a wide audience. Exhibitions also act as a platform for collaborative projects with external partners.

Show and Tell: The Image in Research, 29 April – 10 May

With contributions from across the university, this event gave an insight into how images are used – as points of enquiry and also as ways to articulate and disseminate information. Take a sneak peek into the exhibition with Professor Francis Hodgson as he talks about a small selection of the works on display.

For 2018, our gallery exhibition was about the use of drawing in research processes. In the film below curators Duncan Bullen (Deputy Head, Research & Enterprise for the School of Art) and Philippa Lyon (Research Leader, Drawing REG) discuss the exhibition and give an overview of some of the featured work.
