Non-Colourful: My work does not feature much colour. As as artist in theatre I often use monochrome or very subtle lighting changes.
Sensory: My work evokes all the senses where possible- focusing heavily on sound, touch and sight.
Shifting: My work shifts between disciplines from painting and drawing to theatre performance to writing to spoken word and performing.
Cyborgean: Using technology to produce work is at the core of my artistic and creative practice. Making work that focuses on a combination of media, technology and the body in a Cyborgean robotic fusion is a passion of mine.
Otherness/Inclusive: When I make art I don’t try to follow the rules, I try to break boundaries, doing what seems so different, quirky and ‘other’.
