Gender Fluid Shoot – Surrealist Lens
For this first professional shoot with the advantage of scheduling, equipment and studio, we wanted to present all of our ideas visually, each individual brang their own set of clothes to create a combined wardrobe from which to pick. This enabled us to experiment with our ideas of femininity and masculinity and create material identities. The group also bring a variety of props to create different scenes and poses in an attempt to create a sense of surrealism. I was part of the styling, Modeling and social media as I took slow motion film for Catherine who is our visual promoter whilst she was modelling.
