Within this weeks workshop we experimented with the equipment that is available in the studio. Using new equipment and setting up the shoot using tripods soft boxes and playing with the intensity of lighting as well as the flash affect. At first setting up the shoot did prove somewhat shallenging learning where to place the light to get the correct shadow and the right light in the model. However after a lot of playing around and following the pamphlet that was handed out to us things became more workable and we started to see a change in the quality in our images. We also worked with different dimness of light and fabrics to create movement and still images within booths to create a more personal aspect to the image. This part of the exercise I found most useful as it reflected what I wanted to incorporate within my own project. As you can see in the photos below we attempted to create the shadows behind Evie as well as trying to capture in a warm light to elevate the shadows.
