STEM Sussex is looking for a STEM Deliverer (£11.10 per hour) and an Assistant STEM Deliverer (£8.50 per hour).

STEM Sussex is an outreach department based at the University of Brighton which in partnership with business and industry inspire young people to consider a careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

They provide information, raise awareness, facilitate engagement with practical activities and with professionals to inspire the next generations of scientist, techies, MacGyvers (sorry, what? You don’t know who MacGyver is?!) and the next Robert Schneider. Yes that one, the rock-star mathematician, or even the next Alexander Grothendieck.

STEM Deliverer

To deliver a range of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) activities in schools/colleges, university and other venues throughout Sussex.

Assistant STEM Deliverer

To provide support to STEM Deliverers at in-school STEM activities. To represent the University of Brighton and university life in a positive way and to talk about your career path and why you chose it.

Both roles are casual/part-time.
