Assembly Instructions:
● Tripod Assembly 1 – Uneven Ground
1. Remove the screw on cap of the box’s lid
2. Remove the boxes lid and place to one side – it will be needed later
3. Remove the tripod legs from their housing and place to one side – it will be needed later
4. Using the boxes lid and the tripod legs assemble the tripod
● Tripod Assembly 2 – Flat Surfaces
1. Remove the screw on cap of the box’s lid
2. Remove the Boxes base
● Launcher Assembly 1 – Bought/Pre Assembled
Remove parts –
● BSP to Schrader adaptor
● Nozzle to BSP adaptor
● Brake cable (Already attached to Nozzle to BSP adaptor)
● Mechanism release handle
● Rocket throat nozzle
(If wanted by the users, multiple other BSP hose connectors may be incorporated in order to increase performance and usability. For example a 1 into 2 way connector which would allow the rocket’s pressure container to receive both air and water through a single ingress.)
1. Screw BSP to Schrader adaptor on to Nozzle to BSP adaptor
2. Attach Mechanism release handle
3. Insert launcher assembly into tripod
● Launcher Assembly 2 – Parts Manufactured By User
1. Screw Schrader valve into BSP to Schrader adaptor
2. Screw BSP to Schrader adaptor on to Nozzle to BSP adaptor
3. Insert release clamps and the relevant springs into the Nozzle to BSP adaptor
4. Place top panel on to the Nozzle to BSP adaptor and secure with the relevant bolts
● Rocket Assembly
1. Screw nozzle onto bottle
2. Add fins to bottle using strong adhesive
3. Place fall away cone onto base of bottle ensuring it is not too secured too tightly
