Babcock has structured its working groups, into three categories, Environmental, Social and Governance. This graduate programme focuses on the Environmental side, looking at Biodiversity, Energy, Waste and Water. Your work here will have a real impact on shaping and delivering the sustainability strategy for Babcock. We do a lot of work for the Ministry of Defence (MOD), which alone offers a range of opportunities. You might even work with the Royal Navy to adapt the UK’s dockyard service offering to meet the demands of a modern naval fleet.
