The first paper from the Next Generation Spray Simulation Model (NGSSM) project has recently been published in the International Journal for Numerical Methods in Fluids.

The work proposes and verifies a new numerical method for accurately reconstructing the droplet concentration using a modelling framework known as the fully Lagrangian approach in conjunction with statistical learning techniques.

This research was supported by the UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship awarded to Dr Oyuna Rybdylova.
