Students are invited to Big Build Wednesday, happening every Wednesday afternoon for the duration of the building works outside Mithras House. The topic for this Wednesday’s site visit is Structural Design Factors (Groundworks and choice of primary structure). This is an amazing opportunity for the new buildings to be your live classroom and to learn about the realities of the construction industry – professional practice, structures, materials.
The opportunity is for all students from any course. Places are limited to 16 students on a first come, first served basis by signing up on the link below.

Half of the time will be in a talk and half will be looking around the site. PPE will be provided by the contractors.
