Three Brighton graduates are among the 10 winners of the prestigious Magnum Photographers Award 2017.
The awards, in association with Photo London, acknowledges the best emerging photographers in the UK.
The winners were announced last night at a ceremony at Photo London. Georgs Avetisjans, Martin Seeds and Matthew Broadhead will receive mentoring from a Magnum photographer and a portfolio review event with the nomination panel.
Five industry experts each nominated ten outstanding photographers who have graduated from a UK degree course relating to photography or lens-based media in the last three years. Brighton Alumni Aloha Bonser-Shaw, Dimitri D’Ippolito were also among the nominations.
