The First Photoshoot!

Me and Millie decided that we wanted to do a photoshoot by the coast to take advantage of the beautiful scenery that we’re both not use to having by us. We’d looked at other cliff side photoshoots to gain some inspiration and decided that we wanted to do a contrasting shoot. For example, the cliffs are white so have the models clothes both matching it and being the opposing colour of black so that they stand out.

We had a late night session of putting some coordinated clothes together by taking photos to compare what worked best and what didn’t work at all.

We travelled to eastbourne and drove along the coast so that we could see what would be the best location to park up and start taking photos. We went on a beautiful sunny day so that the coast line would be clear and lit well so that the contrast of the clothes would really stand out. We drove past Beachy Head and Severn Sisters but decided that Seaford was the perfect, quite place to walk up the cliffs a little and find a nice quiet spot.

The photoshoot went really well with both me and Millie taking photos on both our cameras and from different angles so that we would have a good range of photos to choose between and make our work slightly more unique. Rosie was a great model and really worked in the photos and we were both really happy with the result.

The shoot only needed a bit of colour correction as we’d used our knowledge learnt from Suzie to use our cameras effectively.

These where the final and favourite results:
