Since making pop-up card was not very successful, I thought I should make a small box with the campfire going on inside, so I found this artworks really interesting. Using those 3D objects as flat images and adding the depth to them by layering them up. His objects also look a bit old, since you can see those textures and vintage images, and they remind viewers their childhood memories. It also goes well with our project!

Maybe using an old frame, just like Joseph’s works, will be nice. However, at the same time I don’t want to make something looks exactly same as those works. It will be nice to try making a small box with layers of images inside, which can be read as an image? I am going to make a small box with card boards.
