Are you a member of FORZIERI? If yes,have you ever received an email form them?I would like to share an experience of reading an email from FORZIERI.

Last year,i brought some man staffs from FORZIERI and i joined the membership, a member of FORZIERI keep receiving email from them.I am always open it because it has an attractive tittle, my recent email from FORZIERI is about 30% off on woman stuff, the discount to be shown are really attract people to click in to explore more.
However, when i opened it ,the email is not personalisation and i felt a bit confused because i thought i can use the discount code on every woman stuff, but  it hasn’t show any woman’s clothing on the email but shoes and handbag but there is a link ( SHOP NOW) to get to the sales page directly, therefore i can find out what’s an offers that they exactly offered.

The page is quite simple,they attempt to inspire people from a paragraph, and the product are listed below the paragraph. FORZIERI’s discount are only available on some selected items,but not all the fall /winter stuff, this is one of the factors that disappointing me and the items that they selected are a  bit pricey and the style of the items is not really suit for me.

For a company is necessary to build customer relationship,from this point of view, FORZIERI should provide personal email to their member,it makes people feel they are concerned and their important customers.
