Student details

Please type this carefully and make sure it's correct, as it's the main way we will contact you.
Our local sixth forms/colleges in Sussex are listed, but you can apply wherever you study - just pick 'other' if it's not on the list.
Priority is given to students currently in year 12.

Why you'd like to take part

For example, A-Level English, A-Level Science, BTEC Business, T-Level Construction

About you

As Summer Schools are part of our Widening Participation programme, preference is given to students meeting these criteria, and who live in areas with low progression to University. However, even if you don't we will still carefully consider your application.
Definition of disability - an explanatory note. The Equality Act 2010 defines disability as: "a physical or mental impairment, which has substantial and long term adverse effect on a person's ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities"

Parent/carer contact details

It is essential that you provide contact details for your parent, carer or legal guardian. We will need to contact them to get their consent for you to take part, if you are offered a place. Young people in the care of the local authority should give the details of their social or key worker. Applications cannot be accepted without these details.
Please check with your parent/guardian what email they prefer to use, type this carefully and make sure it's correct.
If there's anything special we need to know about contacting your parent/guardian, please note it here. For example, if they don't have email access, are hard of hearing, or you are in the care of the local authority.
