Saturday clubs and holiday masterclasses 2026

Our Saturday clubs and holiday masterclasses offer secondary school students the chance to take part in a subject-based project led by University of Brighton staff and students.  Details of each club is on our Saturday club and holiday masterclass web page.

Geography, ecology and environmental science club for students in years 10 & 11
Location: University of Brighton’s Moulsecoomb campus
Dates: 31 January, 14 & 21 February, 7 March
Time: 10am-1.30pm, with lunch included
Deadline for applications is Friday 16 January 2026 

Media holiday masterclass for students in years 8 and 9
Location: University of Brighton’s Moulsecoomb campus
Date: Wednesday 18 February 2026
Time: 10am-3pm, with lunch included
Deadline for applications is Friday 30 January 2026

Sport studies holiday masterclass for students in years 7 & 8
Location: University of Brighton’s Falmer campus
Date: Tuesday 31 March 2026
Time: 10am–2.30pm, with lunch included
Deadline for applications is Friday 6 March 2026

Formula 24 Club for students in years 8 & 9
Location: University of Brighton’s Moulsecoomb campus.
Dates: 28 March, 11 & 25 April, 9 May and race day TBC
 Time: 10am-2pm, with lunch included
Deadline for applications is Friday 6 March 2026

Please complete the form below to apply to take part in one of our Saturday clubs or holiday masterclasses. Students should fill in the application form with their parents/carers.

Sessions are run as part of our widening participation programme. Places are limited and priority is given to students from IMD Q1 postcodes or who meet our widening participation criteria.
