Team Management Table

Below is shown our team management table. Here can be seen our assigned roles, why we were delegated these, the responsibilities that came with them and what we each actually completed over the course of the project. Team meetings are not included on this table, but can be seen on our team meetings webpage.

Times Spent by Each Team Member Each Week:

Each team member was supposed to have a logbook to record what they did, when they did it and how long they spent on that particular task. We then put into a table how much work each member was putting in each week and subsequently over the entire 11 weeks.

Overall, our team spent 173.25 hours on this project to ensure we completed everything the best we could before the deadline.

We also put each members hours of the week into a histogram for better visualisation.

Other Team Management/Organisation:

To aid us with organisation and delegation of tasks, we would also use a table like the following, uploaded onto teams for all the group to see. Here you can see us visualising what needs to be done and when and then assigning the tasks to the group members. This and our gaant chart helped a lot with checking tasks off to ensure our project was complete on time.
