Here is a more comprehensive list of resources to help you make the most of the Adobe Software for your creative projects:

Adobe.com  has a wealth of info and tutorials covering all Adobe software packages. A good starting point for beginners or for specific program functions.

Behance Live – watch live streams from artists using the CC software. A fantastic way to learn tips, tricks and processes of established artists. There’s a huge archive of lives, so you’re bound to find a tutorial on what you’re looking for.

Linked In Learning – there’s so much on here! Especially for beginners to get a good grasp of the basics of Adobe CC programs. Another good starting point.

Domestika – covers myriad courses both digital and analogue taught by practising artists. There’s a lot of Spanish artists on this site but all tutorials have subtitles and the work is really high quality. From illustration to digital painting in ProCreate, to watercolour painting techniques.

Phlearn – A brilliant resource covering Photoshop, Lightroom and Digital Photography techniques. There is a pro membership or free option with many of their tutorials on their YouTube channel. To get full access, look out for their offers for discounted membership (sign up to their newsletter) which happens a few times a year.

Spoon Graphics – Chris Spooner has been updating this blog for years with great content.  It’s choc-full of resources, freebies and of course tutorials mostly in Photoshop and Illustrator

Creative Bloc – art and design inspiration. Includes tutorials, tech tips, industry news. With lots of tips about working in the creative industries as well.

Digital Arts Online – a comprehensive resource for graphic design, 3D, animation, video, web and interactive design. Another good resource to keep up to date with industry news.

Shutterstock – useful tutorials covering general tips and tricks when working with images and video. They have a dedicated YouTube channel too. This is also a good site to get to see get an idea of industry trends too.

Envato Tuts – another general resource of free tutorials for the Adobe Creative Cloud software worth checking out.

Smashing Magazine  – aimed at web designers and developers, but still, a useful resource with some really nicely laid out Photoshop and Illustrator tutorials included.

Alternatives to Adobe CC – a guide to alternative apps and programmes to the Adobe suite.
