MSc Applied Exercise Physiology/MSc Applied Sport Physiology
This course is aimed at those interested in pursuing a career in exercise or sport physiology and looking to develop their craft knowledge and expertise in exercise for health and wellbeing, with clinical populations or at the other end of the spectrum, to enhance sports performance.
Designed around four pillars: practitioner focus, physiology skill-centred, science in practice, and personal and professional development, these courses blend hard, technical expertise with softer interpersonal skills which are essential to becoming an effective practitioner in the workplace.
Gaining hands-on experience though industry placements, and reflective practice, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in professional settings.
Students are required to complete a minimum of 100 hours of work-based learning experience from October – July.
