Advice on looking after yourself from our students of colour mentors

In August 2020, students from the University of Brighton worked with the Sussex Learning Network and UniConnect sharing their experience as a student and person of colour and how to best look after yourself. These students are mentors for other POC in secondary schools and John Lynch, who co-leads the mentoring programmes also features in the film.
