I really struggled when it came to choosing my front cover and felt very demotivated. I experimented with different fonts, colours and images and did a separate shoot which I thought would be more suitable. Although, non of these front covers worked for me I decided to speak to my classmates to get my ideas circulating and showed me work to Chris. After having a conversation I was set on an idea and had a clear vision for what I wanted that I was happy with.

I conducted this shoot at home using equipment I already owned and had on the go. The lighting, placement, props, colour were all factors that did not work for me – the images were not strong enough to be on my front cover.
