Work Proposal Form (for completion of work Monday 3rd-Friday 14th August 2020)

This form is to be completed and submitted to workshop managers by 27th July. This is to ensure that they have time to evaluate your proposals for working within the workshops/Studios to finish your existing work. Before you fill in this form please make sure that you will be able to travel to the City campus safely.

Your workshop manager will inform you if they can support you in this project. If this is possible you will be allocated dates and times when the workshop will be available for you to come and use. You will also be informed of all access and safety protocols that will need to be followed. Workshops Safe Working Procedures Summary 

  • Only visit City Campus if you are healthy 
  • Only visit if you have been given an time and date to attend by your workshop manager
  • You must complete your work proposal to get an appointment 
  • Before visiting read all guidance you have been given 
  • At City Campus carefully read the signs that show which doors, corridors and toilets you can use 
  • Wear your own mask 
  • When you arrive your technical demonstrator/workshop manager will guide you through the new rules 
  • You will be allocated your own workspace that is only for you 
  • Observe social distancing at all times 
  • Only do work that has been agreed in your work proposal 
  • Please bring your own equipment if you have it.
  • We will allocate your own set of tools to keep in your workspace 
  • Any shared tools must be cleaned between each use 
  • Cleaning products will be provided 
  • When you leave take all your belongings with you 
  • Listen carefully to your teacher and technician, always ask if you don’t understand 
  • Please be patient – this is new for all of us
