We suggest moving the video from a Teams area into My Studies, where you will know for sure who has access to the video for viewing. [toc] <h3>Downloading the video from Microsoft Stream</h3> First, go to your favourite browser (Firefox or Chrome) and go to <a href="https://stream.microsoft.com">https://stream.microsoft.com</a> (1) then click on Sign In (2) <a href="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/01-Microsoft-Stream.png"><img class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-2210" src="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/01-Microsoft-Stream-1024x665.png" alt="Screencapture of microsoft stream and the signin button being highlighted" width="550" height="357" /></a> Type in your University of Brighton email address (1) then click next (2). <a href="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/02-Brighton-email-login.png"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2211" src="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/02-Brighton-email-login.png" alt="Screencapture of the MS Signin window" width="468" height="373" /></a> This will take you to the University's sign-in page enter your password (1), and click Sign In (2). <a href="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/03-Brighton-details-log-in.png"><img class="aligncenter wp-image-2212" src="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/03-Brighton-details-log-in.png" alt="Screencapture of the sign in page for the university of brighton" width="455" height="378" /></a> Go to the My Content tab in the menu (1) and choose Videos (2) <a href="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/04-My-Content-Videos.png"><img class="aligncenter wp-image-2213" src="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/04-My-Content-Videos.png" alt="Screencapture of the Videos button being highlighted" width="335" height="314" /></a> Find the video of the session that you wish to put into My Studies, and click on the three-dots on the far right of the column (1) Click on the bottom-most choice, Download Video (2). <a href="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/05-three-dots-download.png"><img class="aligncenter wp-image-2214" src="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/05-three-dots-download.png" alt="Screencapture of the three dot menu with download at the bottom" width="519" height="232" /></a> Make sure the Save File option is selected, and click OK. <a href="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/06-Save-Video-File.png"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2215" src="https://blogs.brighton.ac.uk/teachingcontingency/files/2021/04/06-Save-Video-File.png" alt="Screencapture of the save dialog box on " width="434" height="320" /></a> In the computer's save window, make sure you name the file something specific to the session (Date/Time/Subject) as most MS Teams recordings are just called "Meeting now" which isn't helpful.
