Video Assessments (1 hour)

Subject: This workshop covers workflows for various assessments involving video. The first half demonstrates the use of Panopto Assignments, allowing students to submit videos for assessment. The second half discusses using Microsoft Teams to conduct live assessed and recorded presentations.
Using Turnitin for Anonymous Assessment and Marking (1 hour)

Subject: This workshop is for teaching staff and school administrators who would like to learn about using Turnitin for anonymous submission and marking. It covers: the key steps involved in submission point setup; points to be aware of which are specific to anonymous submission; methods for delegating marking; as well as troubleshooting tips.

About Remote Teaching Workshops

Computer Requirements
You will need either
– A Windows PC/Mac with the Teams software installed (see below), and a webcam/microphone.
– A mobile device (iOS/Android) with the Teams app installed. Please note any type of video calling on a mobile device has a significant impact on the battery, so you may need to have a charger handy!
Setting up
Prior to each session you will need to:
– Install the Teams software (full details)
– Add yourself to the team using join code listed in the workshop details
