We are excited to announce the SWEP Workshop 2021 will be taking place virtually and in Brighton, UK.
We look forward to welcoming you to Brighton, with a buzzing cultural atmosphere, famous pebbled beaches, the iconic Palace Pier and Royal Pavilion as well as award-wining restaurants and independent boutiques there is always something to do.

Workshop Venue
The SWEP Workshop 2021 will be taking place in person at The Grand Brighton hotel. Located on Brighton’s beautiful seafront this prestigious hotel was officially opened on 21st July 1844. The now famous building was revered as a feat of Victorian architecture with an impressive façade, ornate interiors and the very first lift outside of London.

Directions
Brighton is very accessible via public transport and by car. By train London is a hour away and Gatwick airport is even closer being less than thirty minutes. Brighton is well connected by road via the A23.
Getting to The Grand Brighton
By Train
- Just a 10 minute walk from Brighton railway station: When leaving the station walk straight, heading south, towards the seafront along Queens Road. Continue along West Street reaching the seafront. Turn right and 100m along Kings Road you will find The Grand Brighton on the right.
By Car
- From London and the M25 take the M23, and later A23 to Brighton. Follow signs for the city centre and seafront. As you enter the city, a one-way system will lead you towards the sea via Grand Parade, once you have reached the seafront and a roundabout at the Palace Pier turn right onto Kings Road. The Grand Brighton is half a mile along Kings Road. Due to the hotels central location, car parking is extremely limited. There are a number of signposted NCP car parks located nearby.
