Recoveries Assistant / Credit Controller at Corporate and Legal

About: C & L Collections is part of the C & L Group of Companies and has one of the largest and most successful claim support and recovery teams within the West London area they are ranked in the top band for our recovery solutions in the UK.

Their collection and trace team represents a large base of companies and household names across a broad range of sectors.

Their clients range from Insurance Companies, Banks, Building Societies, Housing Associations, Credit Unions, to professional services, and Commerce. The C and L team comprises of recovery specialists whose entire focus is on treating customers fairly while maintaining the highest ethical standards in recovering money.

In addition to this C and L Collections is PCI and DSS compliant and also holds ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditation and is a full member of the Credit Services Association

Please note this is a fast paced environment and the successful applicant will need to be a self starter who is extremely proactive

Role: Negotiating settlements dealing with vulnerabilities updating case management system setting up Direct Debits making and taking calls as well as basic account management

Also a basic understanding of contract and tort law would be useful.

Salary: £8.50 per hour
