We’re hosting our Christmas lunch at our Food Hub restaurants on all four campuses on Tuesday 7 December between 11am and 2pm. The full Christmas lunch, which is available for just under £10 per person, consists of a main and a dessert (with a vegan option available).

Individuals who report a greater interest in helping others are more likely to rate themselves as happy. Research into actions for promoting happiness has shown that committing an act of kindness once a week over a six-week period is also associated with an increase in wellbeing.
