What to expect

  • Registration starts at 11am, with walkers starting in small groups around midday.
  • Pastries, tea and coffee on arrival at Charles Street Tap.
  • Meet like-minded people and walk together on an accessible, signposted route around picturesque Brighton.
  • Face painters to give you that sparkle before you set off.
  • Fabulous Drag Queens to walk alongside and to welcome you back after the walk.
  • Celebration drinks after your walk.
  • A free Terrence Higgins Trust T-shirt.
  • Your very own finishers’ Ribbon Walk medal.
  • Cabaret to follow if you’d like to make an evening of it.

How to take part

It costs £10 to take part which helps to cover all the costs involved so that the money you raise can all be spent on supporting people affected by HIV.

All walkers are invited to raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship and the team at Terrence Higgins Trust will be there with you every step of the way, from setting up your JustGiving page to hints and tips on how to smash your target.

Every penny you raise supports people to live well with HIV and end HIV transmissions in the UK by 2030.

Let’s walk as a community to help others. Together we can make a difference.
