beepurple workshops

During term-time, the Careers & Employability team hosts practical beepurple workshops designed to help you develop your entrepreneurial ideas and boost your enterprise skills. At these workshops, we discuss topics such as creative thinking, analysing your business ideas, marketing on a low budget, business planning, and presenting with confidence – among other things! We also invite our graduates as guest speakers, so that they can share with you their experiences of running their own businesses.

One-to-one support

As well as our beepurple workshops, we offer a confidential, one-to-one entrepreneurship advice service to help you work out your next steps for making your ideas happen.

Ideas competition

And, if you are keen to start up, but are in need of some funding, you are welcome to enter our annual ideas competition or apply for a grant!
