Mind boost for a positive outlook

Mood Boost for student wellbeing

This free course will help you manage your anxiety, stress and low mood and connect with other students in a safe, caring and supportive space.

  • Learn techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Share your experiences and speak freely
  • Feel a sense of belonging and community
  • Sessions are led by students who receive training and supervision from our Student Wellbeing Service.

You will be encouraged to undertake activities that aim to provide practical coping skills. Located in the Winchelsea Room, at the Hub within Varley Park, all sessions will start at 2pm finishing at 3.30pm.
