New private student accommodation for 2019/20

Students are able to register interest for one of 200 rooms in new halls at Circus Street, next to City Campus.

​The accommodation, managed by our partner, Kaplan Living Brighton, is a city-centre option for students who may wish to look at an alternative option to university-managed halls.

A self-catered room will cost £230 per week based on a 40-week tenancy and includes:

• Utility bills – gas, electricity, water and broadband
• Cleaning of communal areas
• £5,000 contents insurance
• Secure access doors and 24 hour on-site cover
• Communal games area
• Laundry facilities
