Concerned about exams clashing with a religious festival?

If you’re unable to take an exam on a particular day due to observing a religious festival or holy days such as Ramadan, it’s important to let us know.

Please

  1. Complete a Religious observance and examinations form (.docx)
  2. Get the form authorised by your course leader (or equivalent)
  3. Return the form to your school office by 1 March for summer exams and 15 November for January/February exams.

The deadline for submitting the form for this year’s summer exams is 1 March 2019.

Further information about completing the form can be found in the University’s Religious observance and examination arrangements’ Policy (.docx)
