Win prizes to celebrate the re-launch of Travel Smart

The Travel Smart platform is a great and simple way to find other students or staff to share your car journey into university with, saving you money, reducing pollution and congestion.

Register your journey, save money & win prizes!

To celebrate the re-launch of the platform, we’re giving you the chance to win one of three prizes of £50 to put towards car-sharing, and one of 100 bags of Divine chocolate coins – a tasty reminder of how car-sharing can save you money!

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is sign up to Travel Smart (if you’re not already) and register a journey, in three easy steps:

1. Visit the Travel Smart website here
2. Join the car-sharing community by clicking ‘get started’, or login if you’re already a member
3. Add your regular or one-off journey

The first 100 people to add a journey will win a bag of Divine dark chocolate coins. Everyone* who has a journey registered on Travel Smart by 1 March 2018 will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 to put towards car-sharing!

Why use Travel Smart?

Using Travel Smart can help reduce your driving costss you can register any journey on the platform that you’d like to share, whether that’s to class, between campuses or taking a trip.

• Once your journey is registered, you will get email updates of potential car-shares
• You are able to specify if you’re a student or member of staff

• We are part of the East Sussex County Council (ESCC) umbrella scheme, so you can find car-share partners from across ESCC as well as the University of Brighton
• You can communicate with others and arrange car sharing via the Liftshare App.
