Is your Wi-Fi connection slow?
If you are currently using the ‘Wi-Fi Guest’ network across the University and in Halls, you may be experiencing issues such as a slow connection. The network you should be using is eduroam, our student service with the best performing internet, unlimited connections and 100 times the capacity of Wi-Fi Guest.
Wi-Fi Guest should only be used by those visiting the University.
Make the switch and win
Ask your device to ‘Forget Wi-Fi guest’ and connect to eduroam. If you need a reminder of how to do this, have a look at our guidance pages here.
