Wellbeing workshops

Think our wellbeing workshops aren’t for you?

Think again!

We know there is a lot to juggle whilst you study, so our Counselling and Wellbeing team work hard each year to put on practical sessions, and visit every campus to give you tips and strategies to keep you on track.

Whether you are always putting things off by procrastinating, let nerves or anxiety get the better of you, or simply want to improve your confidence and resilience – these sessions can help everyone.

Take up these opportunities while you are a student – they will help you in your academic life and will also give you important skills to take with you beyond university.

Hi Haley, we’ll be getting a new blog post up about wellbeing workshops and updating the website very soon! I can confirm that they are still going to be running this year, although in a slightly different way to be more flexible to students’ timetables. If you’re interested in taking part in a workshop, have a chat to your course rep to see if other students on your course would be interested in attending. To organise a workshop or find out more information, you can contact Sue Burnett via S.C.Burnett@brighton.ac.uk. Hope this helps!
