Wellbeing Workshops 2016

Think our wellbeing workshops aren’t for you?

Think again!

We know there is a lot to juggle whilst you study, so our Counselling and Wellbeing team work hard each year to put on practical sessions, and visit every campus to give you tips and strategies to keep you on track.

Whether you are always putting things off by procrastinating, let nerves or anxiety get the better of you, or simply want to improve your confidence and resilience – these sessions can help everyone.

Please make the most of these opportunities while you are a student – they won’t just help you in your academic life but will give you skills to take into your personal life and working life after university too.
