addicts Chris Frewin via Compfight

The Summer Hardship Fund is open to students who cannot work over the summer vacation.

This could be for a number of different reasons listed below:

  • Caring responsibilities – for a child, relative, partner or other adult.
  • Ill-health or disability (or due to medical treatment) which may affect ability to work.
  • Students who are studying over the summer for re-sits, repeats and/or extensions.
  • Students undertaking an unpaid placement between June – September.
  • Exceptional unforeseen circumstances.

Who can apply? Continuing undergraduate ‘Home’ students

The fund is open between 17 June – 10 July 2015.
