All stages of illustrating the Dior Saddlebag. I took the image from Dior’s website and recreated it using Photoshop, Illustrator and a Wacom Tablet and Pen.
I started by outlining the stitching so I knew the general shape at all time. Next I used the dropper tool on Illustrator to try and use the exact same colour on the drawing as on the product.
After that I drew the Dior logo on the bag, moved it to photoshop and created a tessellation that I could overlay on a white fabric pattern.
For the final touches, I added depth and shadows on the handle and the brass/gold detailing.
