Calendar and Gantt Chart

To record when I completed each task I used both a Gantt chart as well as a Calendar. The calendar was used to allow me to plan out each week on a day-to-day basis. On the other hand, the Gantt chart was used to select when different tasks would need to be completed by (including the project end dates), as well as recording when I have completed a task and what tasks have yet to be completed.

I decided to use both of these time management methods as the combination allowed me to plan both long term and short term.

An alternative to these methods would have be a checklist, this would have been very inefficient as I would have dedicated time slots for each task. As a result I could spend too long on certain tasks and some would have been held off till the last moment.

Here is a previous version of the Gantt Chart. During this course I changed the design of the Gantt Chart, my reason for this change was so I could see the individual tasks better and so I could see what has been completed and is needing to be done. I believe I have achieved this.
