About the EDI blog

Editors: Lis Bundock, Jane Campbell, Rosie Moore

This is a creative and dynamic space intended to reflect the wide range of insights and experiences in the SoE. It is dedicated to the cultivation of an inclusive school culture and encourages an intersectional approach which challenges wider systems and structures in relation to marginalised groups.

Contributions are invited from all members of staff as a way of sharing their ideas, thoughts and passions about any aspect of EDI. We aim to begin important conversations leading to knowledge production and dissemination.

The first posts have been included as examples of the wide-range of formats and content that are encouraged to ensure diversity within the expression of voices. We imagine that this breadth will reflect the diversity of our community.

Please send your posts to the editors to be uploaded.
