Women in Leadership Series 26th January 2023

Led by a panel of women leaders, this event will explore the key challenges facing women in business and how to overcome them. The aim is to build inclusive and diverse business environments that encourage partnership and allyship for sustainable growth.

This event in the Women in Leadership Series is led by CEO of Orchard Employment Law (an award-winning business) – Jemma Fairclough-Haynes, Director, Club Central Limited – Tanya Petherick, Executive Midlife Coach and business founder – Adelle Martin, plus barrister and Master of the Bench of Inner Temple – Desiree Artesi.

For students the event showcases women leading inspiring transformational change in business and law; representation that is critical to advancing gender injustice and gender inequality.

“The Women in Leadership Series addresses the identified necessity for visible role models, through guest speakers and training,” says Adaeze Okoye – Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at the School of Business and Law, University of Brighton.

“The series will also strengthen the mission and vision of the school, by supporting both inclusion and thought leadership. It places diversity at its heart and welcomes all staff and students to benefit from inspirational speakers and training.”
