To enable me to carry out my business analysis on our brand, I carried out competitor research on 6 different brands. the brands are all street wear aesthetic and use headstock fabrics within their companies. all 6 brands are highly sustainable and believe them to be our competitor

QUESTIONAIRE

Also as a part of my business analysis, I decided to carry out a questionnaire asking 24 people in total about where they shop, how they shop, and what they do with their clothing when they are finished with them.

  

BUSINESS WORK

My role within the group was to carry out the business analysis for our brand. Doing this I carried out research by completing a positioning map, SWOT, PESTEL and 7Ps. This helped us as a group to see what our challenges will be and to see more in depth about our competitors.

   

FIRST PROTOTYPE IDEAS:

My first initial idea was to use the fabric scraps from up cycling to create garments for our customers to buy. this would result in a zero waste approach and would make our brand fully sustainable.

upon reflection, as group we did not choose to take this idea further as there would be not set colour and it did not coincide with our colour scheme at that current time.
