Exhibition: ‘TO GATHER’ – ARTIST RESIDENCY – WORK BY CURRENT MA FINE ART & MA CREATIVE WRITING STUDENTS, Edward Street Gallery – runs until 22 November 2024

To Gather* is a display of work by current MA Fine Art Students being made whilst artists in residence at Edward Street Gallery,  University of Brighton.

This includes work that was made at a recent workshop with MA Fine Art and MA Creative Writing students by Amy Cunningham and Jess Moriarty.

*The title ‘To Gather’ takes its cue from artist Richard Serra’s Verb List (1967) and writer Sonia Overall’s Psychogeographical method of gathering materials on walks (2015).

Current MA Fine Art students and alumni will share their research processes as part of the SAM Postgraduate Research Culture and Community Symposium 2024  session: Lightening Talks from Alumni, MA and PGR students.
