Grant Capture: AHRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) funding has been extended until March 2027.

Dear SAM Staff

You will be pleased to hear that the AHRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) funding has been extended until March 2027. An additional £150,000 has been awarded that will enable a further   round of Ignite community-university partnership projects and responsive project funding to accelerate impact outcomes from research and to support skills and capacity building initiatives.

Since awarded in 2022 the IAA has funded over 70 projects and provided impact training to over 100 researchers. Funding for interdisciplinary projects is also available.

This additional funding gives us the opportunity to amplify the value and reach of our arts and humanities research and enable us to showcase the transformative impacts our researchers are making across communities, cultures, and disciplines.
