My Dream Job is to become a “Chief Engineer” on a ship

Chief Engineer’s job is to take care of the engine room and lead the engine crew and guide them with their everyday work and learning journey.

Chief Engineer is responsible for the entire engine department, works alongside the other engine room crew for the smooth running of the engine room, approves the designs of equipment and ensures a safe working environment.

it may even take more than 10years to become a chief engineer , I have to put in lot of effort and consistently keep me updated with new technologies and industry standards would help me achieve my dream job in a longterm.

in that time I need to keep on improving myself in other aspects of the job like communication skill, product design, safety equipment, safety standards, project management, time management, leadership skills and showing great passion towards my job.
