Action Learning Outcome

Action Learning was introduced to us by our lecturer Mr. Derek Coll on (6.02.2023).

Action Learning is an approach to problem solving that involves taking action and reflecting upon the result. This also helps to significantly improve the problem solving capability and simplifies the solutions developed by the team.

Ground Rules:

  • Time allocated equally for everyone, 15 mins approximately, to reflect upon what they learned/did
  • Attendance is expected to be above 80%
  • Candidates should be putting in 8-9 hours every week on the module for the best output
  • Be attentive and contribute

Zafir is the time-keeper and Rakesh will report on unforeseen circumstances such as strikes.
