Content 

The English legal system and its application to healthcare, western and non-western ethical theories, professional liability and negligence, confidentiality, justice, equality and human rights, mental health. Ethical issues: Children and young people, mental health and the beginnings and endings of life 

Entry Requirements  

Applicants at level 7 must possess a bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.and would normally be registered with a Professional and Statutory Regulatory Body e.g. NMC, HCPC. In addition,
